Dear community, sports fans, enthusiasts or simply curious people!

My name is Jennifer Janiska and I would like to take you on my journey, or rather the balancing act between competitive sport, studies and private lifestyle. I am an enthusiastic volleyball player or, to put it more technically, a professional athlete. I have turned my hobby into my profession and I couldn't imagine a better sport than volleyball.

The past few years at professional club level, on the international stage and in the national team have given me many adventures, great moments and special trips. Living the team spirit to the fullest, striving for big goals and working hard have always been the essence of my demeanor.

Do I still have enough time for my family? Are you still studying? What does my lifestyle look like off the pitch? I am often asked all of these questions by passionate and sports-loving people and they motivate me to write this blog.
